In the occasion that you receive a product that requires a warranty service or replacement, our customer service center will guide you through the return or replacement process. First, please be sure you are familiar with our return policy. 

Return Policy:

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, have not installed it, and want to return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, we offer a full refund with no-restocking fees.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date, must be in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging in resellable condition and cannot have been installed. Once the return has been received by us and examined to meet the required conditions, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days.

We offer no restocking fees for all returns in the USA. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product received was defective and required a warranty replacement. 

If your TerraBloom product is defective or you are experiencing problems with it, our customer service team will make sure you are taken care of and your product gets fixed or replaced depending on the manufacturer’s warranty.
